Alina Kupervasser is Executive Producer & Studio Head at The Difference Machine. She runs the studio — the arm that produces for external clients and brands — from development through delivery, turning a brief into a finished piece on schedule and on budget.

She brings 15+ years in international film, television, and branded-content production, with work spanning BBC, Warner Bros., and HBO. That experience is the backbone of how the studio operates: clear production process, dependable delivery, and creative decisions that hold up under real-world constraints.

At The Difference Machine, Alina leads the studio's producers and pipeline alongside Milad's art direction, pairing traditional production discipline with an AI-assisted workflow. The technology speeds the work; the craft and the producing keep it honest.
